Find the right guide
Search the help centre by title, topic or a word from an article. If no results appear, shorten the search or clear it to see every guide. The floating help assistant uses the same local material.
Opening and closing panels
Close the launch dialog with its close button or Escape. Search Again restarts the opening flow. The help panel has its own close button and never sends a message to a human operator.
Review cookie preferences
Use Manage Cookie Preferences in the footer or on the Cookies page. Saving choices requires browser storage. If the browser prevents saving, the website explains that the choice could not be remembered; optional categories do not become enabled implicitly.
